Anode modelling: Proposal of alloyed Mg anodes

This deliverable describes the investigation carried out using density functional theory (DFT) to identify suitable Mg-anodes based on Mg-alloys for rechargeable magnesium batteries. The alloying elements which enhance the ductility of Mg anode, as well as its dissolution/deposition efficiency based on DFT calculations are identified.
